Bank Holiday canal trail Social Run. 10.4.23 10am Meet at Mile End Station finish at Coal Drop Yard. Led by Mohson Stars

We will wait 15 minutes as we warm up before leaving. The route takes on the modest trails of Victoria Park and then we take the beautiful canal paths that lead to Kings Cross. We will take in some street art on route and historic architecture. 

We will end at the very cinematic Coal Drop Yard with time to stretch, connect, cool down and grab a sandwich and a coffee. 

This is a flat route, so road or trail shoes are recommended. The elevation is very low and the technical trail is next to zero. This will be an easy 10k with many walking breaks  and cute picture moments. Please bring water and nutrition as required. 

This is a fun social run for beginners to experience trail running and also a great way to join BTR on our famous social runs.
