BTR Canal Trail Social Run. 30.07.23 10am.

Meet at Kings Cross Station outside Black Sheep Coffee. We finish at Coal Drop Yard.

Led by UKA run coach Mohson Stars.

Up to 10k at a social conversational pace inclusive of everybody.

We will wait 10 minutes as we warm up before leaving. The route takes on the canals to Regent Park and then we traverse back to CDY.

As we return we will have time to stretch, connect, cool down, grab a cold drink, coffee and pastry.

This is a flat route, so road or trail shoes are recommended. The elevation is very low and the technical trail is next to zero. This will be an easy up to 10k with many walking breaks and iconic picture moments. Please bring water, spf and head protection from the sun.

This is a fun social run for beginners to experience trail running and also a great way to connect with BTR members.
