BTR Canal Trail Social Run.

Meet at Kings Cross Station outside Black Sheep Coffee. We finish at Coal Drop Yard. Led by UKA run coach Mohson Stars.

We will wait 10 minutes as we warm up before leaving. The route takes on the canals to Regent Park and then we traverse back to Coal Drop Yard. As we return we will have time to stretch, connect, cool down, grab a cold drink.

This is a flat route, so road or trail shoes are recommended. The elevation is very low and the technical trail is next to zero. This will be an easy 5k with many walking breaks and cute picture moments. Please bring water, spf and head protection.

This is a fun social run for beginners to experience trail running and also a great way to connect with BTR members.
