A social run of approximately 10km led by BTR co-founder and qualified running coach Sonny Peart, along the route of the river Brent, starting at Hendon Station and finishing at Stonebridge Park. A relaxed mid-week social run at an easy pace. All welcome. Nobody gets left behind.
