BTR social run in SW London hosted by myself Frank Bingham.

Everybody is welcome, this is a social run, the pace will be set to include the slowest runner, nobody will be left behind.

Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing as this is a trail run, it will be wet and muddy.

This is a great opportunity to make connections, share knowledge and be out in nature in a safe friendly environment.

We will be running on the beautiful Wimbledon Common.

This run will be 99% off road.

There will be something for everybody including hills, flats and slightly more technical terrain.

The common this time of year is looking particularly wonderful and I’m looking forward to showing you some of its hidden gems.

I intend on having certain sections of my course way marked but I reiterate no one will be left behind!

I’m looking forward to welcoming as many people as possible to join me on this run.
