BTR will be hosting their first trail run session in Sandwell Valley in Birmingham.

Distance is 10km

This is open to all abilities.

Don’t be discouraged by the distance if you’re a beginner, walk if you need to and absolutely no one is left behind.

This is a social trail run/walk which is a combination of trail, grass and paths in Sandwell Valley.

It’s a very picturesque autumal route as we run around some lakes which are used for open water swimming and forest style trails.

Half way through there is an opportunity to go to the cafe and they have very kindly offered us 20 percent off coffee or snacks. There is also an opportunity there to use the toilet if need be.

Please wear trail shoes if you have them or something with a grip.

The weather is rather warm at the moment but please bring some layers.

There are many different entrances to Sandwell valley, we will be in front of handsworth cemetery which is off rookery road, handsworth x
